Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Inc. must face a Jamaican-born heterosexual man’s claims he was demoted based on sex and retaliated against for seeking family leave, a federal judge ruled.

Black, Christian plaintiff Markland Hamilton claimed he was discriminated against by the White, German, lesbian vice president of the division in which he worked, who led Siemen’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiative, and by his White, female boss, who falsely accused of him of failing to do his job and ordered him to return to the office immediately upon the birth of his eighth child.
