Shoulder Innovations Inc. is suing another company for allegedly infringing at least one claim for its shoulder prosthetic, in the District of Delaware.
Shoulder Innovations alleges Catalyst Orthoscience Inc. infringed at least one or more claims for their patent called “Total Reverse Shoulder Systems and Methods,” in a complaint filed in the US District Court for the District of Delaware. The patent is intended for patients of orthopedists who have undergone a shoulder replacement.
