Shkreli Should Give Up Wu-Tang Clan Album Copies, PleasrDAO Says

Convicted fund manager Martin Shkreli should forfeit the one-of-a-kind Wu-Tang Clan album, “Once Upon a Time in Shaolin,” before wider public distribution occurs, plaintiff PleasrDAO told a federal district court.

PleasrDAO, a collective of investors that purchased the “original piece of art” for $4 million, told the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York that Shkreli’s retention of the album “imperils” the essence of what makes it unique, and damages can’t address the harm Shkreli could cause to commercial plans for the album.
