Convicted fund manager Martin Shkreli was barred by a federal court from releasing to the public copies of the one-of-a-kind Wu-Tang Clan album, “Once Upon a Time in Shaolin,” which he allegedly retained after he was ordered to forfeit his interests in the work.
After Shkreli was released from prison in May 2022, he publicly stated that he still has a copy of the album and live-streamed a portion of the recording, PleasrDAO alleges.
