Shaquille O’Neal to Pay $11 Million to End NFT Holders’ Suit (1)

Shaquille O’Neal has reached an $11 million class settlement with purchasers of his Astrals and Galaxy nonfungible tokens, according to a federal court filing.

The deal should be given preliminary approval, token holders told the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida on Monday. The NFT owners who sued the basketball great and three of his businesses are seeking about $2.9 million in attorneys’ fees.
