Seyfarth Shaw Accused of Class Action Mistake by Team Health

Seyfarth Shaw LLP should pay $3.7 million in damages for professional negligence in its representation of Team Health Holdings Inc. and others in a class action, according to a complaint.

The law firm’s spreadsheet handling error forced Team Health to pay that “additional” amount to class members, and the firm refused to compensate Team Health for the mistake, a complaint filed in the California Superior Court, Los Angeles County says.
