Evolv Technologies Holdings Inc. has agreed to pay $15 million to quell allegations that it misled the market about its main product, testing, contracting practices, and accounting, investors told a federal district court.
The proposed class settlement deserves preliminary approval, the investors said Monday in a filing with the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. The amount represents about a 9% recovery of the estimated maximum damages in the case, more than twice the median 2025 recovery in cases with similar damages, they said.
