A former radiologist based in New York City failed to convince a federal appeals court to set aside a jury’s verdict and revive her discrimination and due process claims.
The lower court didn’t deny Claire Hanley a fair trial and properly granted summary judgment for New York City Health and Hospitals Corp. and SUNY Downstate Medical Center, the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit decided Thursday in a summary order.
