SCOTUS Seeks Government Input on PricewaterhouseCoopers Pension

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday signaled interest in hearing a class action by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP retirees seeking higher pension benefits, inviting the U.S. solicitor general to file a brief giving its opinion on how a federal appeals court handled ERISA remedies.
