Scripps Media, Gay TV Anchor Settle Employment Case (Correct)

Scripps Media Inc. and a gay TV anchor have reached a settlement to end the anchor’s lawsuit alleging that Tulsa, Oklahoma TV station officials discriminated against him because of his sexual orientation, a federal magistrate’s report says.

The agreement was reached during an Oct. 17 settlement conference, according to a report signed by Judge Mark T. Steele with the US District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.
