Saudi Arabia’s public investment fund can wait to turn over documents in its dispute with the PGA Tour until it’s done appealing the tour’s subpoenas, a federal judge ruled Wednesday.
Judge Beth Labson Freeman granted a request by the fund and its governor, Yasir Al-Rumayyan, for temporary relief from her ruling enforcing the subpoenas. But she rejected the PGA’s bid for a parallel reprieve.
