Christians in the Workplace Networking Group’s governing documents prevent non-Christians from holding leadership positions. After Sandia adopted a policy that prohibited discrimination on the basis of religion, it asked that CWNG’s leadership requirement be changed. After negotiations failed, Sandia dropped CWNG from its ERG list.
