Sandia Defeats Christian Employee Group’s Discrimination Appeal

National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia LLC once again defeated discrimination claims from a Christian organization after dropping the group from its list of employer-sponsored resource groups.

Christians in the Workplace Networking Group didn’t mention the necessary elements to make a prima facie case of religious discrimination, said Judge Veronica S. Rossman Tuesday. And the district court didn’t abuse its discretion when it denied the group’s bid to amend its complaint, Rossman said in a non-binding order and judgment for the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
