The city of San Francisco will go to trial to defend against allegations that it didn’t pay a group of nurses adequate overtime wages.
The city and the nurses both provided analyses of payroll records that raise a material factual dispute as to whether the nurses were compensated on a salary basis, precluding summary judgment for either party, Chief Judge Richard Seeborg of the US District Court for the Northern District of California said in a Wednesday order.
