Samsung Sends Galaxy Phone Buyer’s False-Ad Suit to Arbitration

A Galaxy smartphone purchaser must arbitrate her claims alleging Samsung Electronics America Inc. overstated the device’s storage capacity.

Tiffany McDougall filed a proposed class action alleging Samsung failed to disclose that more than 20% of the Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G phone’s promised 128 GB is taken up by its operating system and pre-installed applications that can’t be removed.
