Saks Inc. and a shopper at one of its outlet stores who said he was duped by an allegedly fake discount on a pair of shoes, have agreed to end his suit, according to a federal court order.
The US District Court for the Southern District of California granted the parties’ joint motion to dismiss without prejudice. Each party will bear their own fees and costs, according to the order signed by Judge John A. Houston.
