Safeway Construction Gets $3 Million Settlement Nod in Wage Suit

Safeway Construction Enterprises LLC has received approval for a settlement with its laborers who brought collective and class action claims alleging the company didn’t pay them fair wages and benefits for their work on New York City public street excavation projects.
