A S. Martinelli & Co. customer alleges that its recall of arsenic-contaminated apple juice “has been a complete and abject failure” and is bringing a new proposed class action against the company.
Barbara Seaman alleges that Martinelli doesn’t disclose that its one-liter bottle of apple juice may contain arsenic, which makes the product “entirely worthless” to the consuming public.
