Ryder Integrated Logistics Inc. will pay $2.95 million to resolve a California labor law class action that received final approval in a federal California court.
The 5,405 California Ryder workers said that the global supply chain company failed to pay proper wages on time and didn’t give full meal and rest breaks, among other labor violations, according to the final approval motion filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California. The class period runs from 2018 to 2024.
