RxSight Execs Face Investor’s Suit Alleging Disclosure Failures

RxSight Inc.‘s leadership unlawfully failed to accurately disclose the company’s financial situation and product adoption challenges, an investor alleged in a derivative complaint filed Monday at a California federal court.

The lawsuit comes less than a month after another investor filed a proposed class action against RxSight arising from the same issues. There, plaintiff Rumen Makaveev alleged the company concealed material information before it lowered its 2025 revenue forecast and endured record stock drops.
