RTX Corp.'s Pratt & Whitney division reached a $34 million deal to resolve claims that it agreed with other aerospace manufacturers not to poach one anothers’ employees in violation of federal antitrust law.
Plaintiffs in the case filed a notice of a proposed settlement with Pratt & Whitney Wednesday in the US District Court for the District of Connecticut. Under the proposed agreement, the plaintiffs would end all claims against Pratt & Whitney.
