Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. has settled claims by a New Jersey woman who suffered a dislocated shoulder while indoor skydiving on board the Anthem of the Seas in October 2017, according to a filing in the Southern District of Florida.
The parties “have reached an agreement” and “are in the process of drafting the terms and conditions,” counsel said in a notice of settlement filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
