Rolex Watch U.S.A. Inc. has sued an online retailer called Bigdaddidwatches for allegedly selling counterfeit watches and infringing its trademarks.
Rolex learned from US Customs and Border Patrol in 2018 that a man named Manuel Anderson tried to import counterfeit watches, which the agency seized, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana on Thursday.
