Individuals whose private information appears on RocketReach LLC, which operates an online database containing information on millions of Americans, dropped allegations that the company is violating state privacy laws.
The plaintiffs filed a notice of voluntary dismissal in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington, after RocketReach last week dropped its appeal of Judge Ricardo S. Martinez’s order denying the company’s bid to send the claims to arbitration. The case was terminated per the dismissal, according to a March 18 docket entry.
