Robolaw Says File Right Infringed Automated Legal Forms Patents

Robolaw accuses its competitor, File Right Inc., of infringing two patents it holds for creating cloud-based legal forms, according to a complaint filed in Nevada federal court.

The complaint, filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the District of Nevada, says that both patents involve claims for the “creation of customized documents over a network as well as for negotiation of contents for documents” over the Internet. The “customization and/or negotiation is efficient, cost-effective and useful,” it says.
