Two women agreed to dismiss a proposed class action that alleged RiseWell deceptively presented its kids mineral toothpaste as natural when commissioned testing showed it contained high levels of “forever chemicals”.
RiseWell CEO John Estrada said in a Tuesday statement that the case—which was filed in June—was dropped without any settlement or payment to the plaintiffs.
