Ridgewood Savings Bank Faces Bias Lawsuit From Ex-Employee

A former employee of New York-based Ridgewood Savings Bank says the company “subjected her to a pattern of discrimination” based on her gender, according to a new lawsuit in federal court.

Kimberly Sinnott began working at Ridgewood in 2001 as a teller, and over the years her “stellar” performance was rewarded with several promotions, raises, and bonuses, according to the complaint filed on Friday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
