Rich Paul, Klutch Sports Sued by Agent for $4.9 Million in Fees

Rich Paul and his sports agency Klutch Sports Group LLC allegedly owe an agent $4.9 million in unpaid fees for breaching a contract, according to a new lawsuit in federal court.

Mark Termini Associates Inc. and its founder Mark Termini alleged Tuesday that Paul and Klutch stopped paying or offered reduced payments for Termini’s contractually agreed upon agent services starting in 2018. Termini’s seeking damages for the unpaid fees, plus interest, as well as an accounting of all of Klutch’s contracts, the complaint said.
