RFK Jr.'s Tech Censorship Suit Remanded to Evaluate Mootness

A district court must determine if Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s censorship suit against the Biden administration is moot now that President Donald Trump has taken executive action on the issue, a federal appeals court said Thursday.

The lower court needs to evaluate if Kennedy’s First Amendment challenge still has Article III standing in light of Trump’s (R) “Restoring Freedom of Speech and Ending Federal Censorship” executive order, according to a per curiam opinion.
