Online fashion retailer Revolve Group Inc. was hit with a $50 million proposed class action alleging it unfairly fails to disclose partnerships with social media influencers who promote its products.

Influencers on sites like Meta Platforms Inc.‘s Instagram are tagging Revolve in posts or saying the company produces their “favorite” clothes and beauty products without clearly telling followers that they’re being compensated, said the complaint filed Friday in the US District Court for the Central District of California.
