Testimony against celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay from restaurateur Rowen Seibel won’t be found credible, a Manhattan appeals court justice said Thursday, after a lower court in 2022 held that Seibel lied and fabricated evidence during trial.
“We’re not going to change the trial court’s credibility determinations,” New York Supreme Court First Appellate Department Associate Justice Saliann Scarpulla said Thursday.
