A lawsuit by a pair of Republican congressmen challenging California’s recently approved redistricting isn’t moving forward, at least for now.
In a short order issued Monday, the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit said it wouldn’t compel the district court to convene a three-judge panel to hear their case.
