Treadstone Financial Group LLC, Blackbriar Ltd., and Capitol Information Group Inc. won dismissal of claims against them in a proposed securities class action alleging a scheme to inflate the price of RenovaCare Inc. stock.
The claims against Treadstone and Blackbriar fail because the complaint doesn’t “allege with particularity” that they violated Section 10(b) of the Exchange Act, Judge Brian R. Martinotti, of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey, said in an unpublished order Monday.
