Rejected Government Contractor Loses Protest Over Dam Project

Royal Bridge Inc.'s protest of a small business contract to rehabilitate flood gates on a dam in Arkansas was denied by the Government Accountability Office .

Royal Bridge said that the Army Corps of Engineers’ evaluation of its proposal was unreasonable because it “had previously been assigned higher ratings for its materially similar technical approach and organization under a 2020 procurement conducted for similar rehabilitation services.”
