Regional Care Inc.—a third-party health plan administrator—was hit with two proposed class actions over a September breach of medical and insurance information.
Regional Care notified at least 225,000 people that cyber criminals may have gotten their sensitive information, according to the complaints filed in the US District Court for the District of Nebraska.
