Reggie Bush’s NIL Antitrust Case Is Time-Barred, Judge Signals

Reggie Bush’s college football name, image, and likeness suit appears headed for dismissal after a Los Angeles judge indicated Friday that it’s barred by the statute of limitations.

Judge Colin Leis based his reasoning in a tentative ruling published to the court’s website on the fact that Bush agreed when he was in college from 2003 to 2006 to let the University of Southern California use his NIL.
