Redfin Agents Get $3 Million Settlement in Wage Class Action

Redfin Corp. will pay $3 million and payroll taxes to settle class action allegations that it failed to provide agents their correct wages and breaks.

Real estate agents Jason Bell and Devin Cook worked for Redfin when it had separate pay structures for employees and independent contractors, and alleged they were not paid proper wages by the company, according to the Tuesday order from the US District Court for the Southern District of California.
