The operator of the realtor.com website must face a proposed class action alleging it disclosed consumers’ information to 
Nicki K. Apaydin adequately pleaded a claim that site operator Move Inc. intercepted and disclosed the “contents” of her communications as defined under the CIPA, Judge Percy Anderson of the US District Court for the Central District of California said Oct. 29.
Anderson denied Move’s motion to dismiss.
