The Real Brokerage Inc. is being sued by its former CFO who claims the company orchestrated a campaign to fire her after she disclosed she was pregnant.
The company progressively undermined Michelle Ressler’s role leading up to and while she was on maternity leave, and used an internal audit to “manufacture grounds for termination and clear the way for her less qualified and unencumbered male successor,” Ressler alleges in a complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, which also names subsidiary Real Broker LLC as a defendant.
