Rapper Polo G Says Promoter Falsely Advertised He Would Perform

Rapper Polo G hit European booking and touring agency, J. Noah B.V., with a lawsuit alleging the company is using his name, image, and trademark without permission in false advertisements.

Taurus Bartlett, who goes by Polo G, alleges the company and its owner, Jozef Wanno, “lied to the public by falsely asserting that Bartlett would perform live at certain venues on specified dates during November 2023,” while knowing “these performances would not occur,” according to the complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
