Rapper Doodie Lo Beats Disqualification Bid in Suit Against Ex

Illinois rapper Doodie Lo has prevailed over a bid by his ex-girlfriend, an online influencer, to disqualify his counsel for a purported conflict of interest in a defamation suit Doodie Lo filed against her.

Doodie Lo, whose legal name is David Saulsberry, sued Britney Elder, who goes by FTN Bae online, for allegedly making defamatory statements allegedly accusing him of abusing her minor son. Saulsberry said Elder went even further by filing a false police report about it.
