Rackspace Hit with Suit Over ‘Security Incident’ From Last Week

Rackspace Technology Inc. was hit with a rapid-fire lawsuit over a security incident and service interruption that happened just five days ago.

Christopher Ondo alleged in a class action complaint filed Tuesday that the information-technology services provider told users Dec. 2 it was investigating connectivity issues affecting email services, and later provided an update disclosing that the “major disruption” to its services had been caused by a “security incident.”
