Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP must face a former employee’s allegations that he was subjected to harassment and discrimination at the firm based on his Spanish ancestry, a federal court in New York said Tuesday.
Information technology director Nicholas Mondelo can proceed with retaliation and hostile work environment claims based on alleged abuse by his supervisor, the firm’s chief information officer, David Eskanos.
