Quill & Arrow LLP must stop representing plaintiff Grecia Rocha because it’s unclear whether the plaintiff’s expert witness passed “tainted,” confidential information to Rocha’s lawyer, and then to other firm lawyers and staff, said Judge Gonzalo P. Curiel of the US District Court for the Southern District of California on Tuesday.
