PwC Wins Arbitration of Employee’s Age, Disability Bias Claims

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP can require an employee to arbitrate her claims that she was fired because of her age and mental health conditions, a federal judge ruled.

Violet Marley entered into a valid arbitration agreement, and her discrimination claims fall within the scope of that agreement, Judge Brian R. Martinotti of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey said.
