PwC Advisory Services LLC convinced a federal judge to grant its motion to compel arbitration in a suit brought by a former employee who alleged she was discriminated against on the basis of her age and sex.
Pamela McCarey sued PwC and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, alleging she was denied salary increases while younger, male employees continued to receive them.
