Publicis Groupe Unit Prevails in Black Ex-Director’s Suit

Epsilon Data Management LLC beat a lawsuit claiming it retaliated against a Black director when she was fired after reporting alleged discrimination at the company.

Judge Sidney A. Fitzwater, of the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas, dismissed with prejudice Danielle Johnson’s case against the company, after the Publicis Groupe SA subsidiary on Feb. 28 won a jury verdict in its favor on her retaliation claim.
