Proposed Better Mortgage Data Privacy Suit Gets New Plaintiff

A proposed class action accusing Better Home & Finance Holding Co. of illegally tracking visitors to its website is getting a new named plaintiff after the previous plaintiff’s claims were dismissed as time-barred.
