Property Managers Must Face Conspiracy Class in Florida Court

Residents of Ponce de Leon mobile home park in Melbourne, Fla., can continue with their conspiracy claims against more than a dozen property managers in state court, after the Eleventh Circuit said it lacked jurisdiction to review a lower court’s sua sponte remand decision.
