A proposed class action alleging The Procter & Gamble Co. uses misleading labeling on its laundry detergent was brought to a halt after a district court ruled the suit failed to state a valid claim.

Tasha Callahan failed to satisfy the requirements of federal Rule 12(b)(6) when she alleged P&G violated various state-wide fraud statutes for its laundry detergent label purporting to contain 32 loads per container.
